fixing?
If we feel that it's
not worth fixing, we'll tell you. If you feel the repair costs are too
high, we'll return it to you - NO charge for the evaluation - you only pay for
the return freight.
What is involved when
we repair a machine?
Every machine we
repair is disassembled and cleaned. Frame rust around the water tank is
coated with a rust-proof paint. Your machine is the reassembled with the
new parts that are needed. All adjustments are brought back to factory
specs. Your machine is then tested twice to insure that all components
are working properly.
How long does the
service take?
We call you with the
repair costs the next day after your machine arrives. If you give us the
Okay to repair, the repairs and testing process takes 3-4 business days.
Is our service
Guaranteed?
Absolutely! All
service work is Guaranteed for 6 months (Parts & Labor). You're only
responsible for shipping the machine back to us if a problem arises after
service. We'll correct the problem at no charge and ship the machine back to
you promptly.
